An animal welfare society could be on the horizon in Vanderhoof.
Organizer, Kathleen Hebb says a meeting will be held tomorrow.
“It will be in the multi-purpose room in the library at 7pm on Tuesday and it will probably be an hour to two hours”
Hebb would like to see a society in place after seeing a spike in stray animals over the past while.
It’s an idea she has kicked around the past couple of years.
