City of Prince George opens updated grant application for non-profits

Non-profits in Prince George can apply for three updated grants.

The City said in a release the updated grants include the MyPG Community Grant, Quick Response Grant, and Capacity Building Grant.

Under $10,000 is allocated for the MyPG Community Grant is for projects and events that promote the City, with applications accepted twice a year.

The Quick Response Grant have an allocation of under $2,500, and are for smaller projects on short timelines, with applications open on a first come first serve basis.

The Capacity Building Grant assists with upgrading skills and knowledge of staff and volunteers, improving performance, with allocations less than $1,500.

Deadline for grant applications is January 31st at 4:30pm, with more information on the City’s website here.
