Latest Tourism Prince George video showcases winter paddleboarding

Tourism Prince George released a new video, highlighting an unconventional winter sport.

The video shows Certified Stand-Up Paddle Instructor, Kimberley Kenyon paddleboard on the Crooked River during the winter months.

Tourism PG said in a release Kenyon is known for pushing boundaries of traditional sports, and by embracing winter sports like paddleboarding, paddlers are required to slow down and assess the freezing world around them.

Chief Executive Officer, Colin Carson said the video highlights the beautiful winter scenery, while encouraging tourists to experience sports in an innovative way.

More information about winter paddleboarding can be found on Tourism PG’s website here, with the video on their YouTube Page.
