PG RCMP make pair of arrests after hotel stabbing

A stabbing incident at a hotel on the 2900-block of Recplace Drive is under investigation by the Prince George RCMP.

It happened just after 7:30 PM last night (Tuesday).

Officers attended the location and found a man and a woman, who are known to each other. The man was suffering from a non-life-threatening injury; he was uncooperative with police and was subsequently arrested and transported to the detachment but was later released with a future court date.

The woman attempted to flee from police officers on foot and was arrested outside of the hotel.

She was also taken to the PG detachment where she’ll remain until an appearance in court is completed.

This investigation remains ongoing.
