The Inside Ride rolls into Prince George

Residents will be working up a sweat to help children with cancer on Tuesday night.

The Canadian Cancer Society will be hosting their annual Inside Ride at the Northern Sport Centre.

“It’s a lot of fun. It’s a good place for team building.” said Ride Coordinator Sandra Blackwell. “Loud music, dancing, cheering, and lets not forget the 5 minute bike ride for each team member.”

Teams of six will be riding stationary bikes with teammates and fans cheering them on to raise money for kids with cancer.

“100 percent of those funds go towards Camp Goodtimes” said Blackwell. “This is a wonderful place for children with cancer to be just kids.”

Blackwell encourages residents to donate to the cause by going to the Inside Ride website.
