Business owner from Prince George named to BC Business 30 Under 30 list

Peak Beverage Co. Founder and CEO, Andrew Warburton got some recognition in the business world of BC.

The BC Business Magazine named Warburton to its 30 Under 30 list for 2025, celebrating young entrepreneurs and innovators in different industries.

Warburton says before starting the Summerland based company, his journey began while growing up in Prince George.

“Living out in Beaverly, hot summer days I would set up a lemonade stand on the corner, and did that for probably a few years, and then worked for some Prince George companies.”

“I worked for Betulla Burning for a little while, and see the farm to table service, and how the quality of food and how much the community meant to them, being able to combine that into creating a company that’s also very farm oriented. We have great partnerships with all the farmers that supply our produce, and being able to give back to the community we’re in and seeing the community support has been amazing.”

Warburton adds that without the support growing up in Prince George, and having friends and family rooting him on, he wouldn’t be where he is today.

Warburton found out he was nominated after getting an email while at Walmart.

“Someone must’ve nominated me. They wouldn’t tell me who. I went through an interview process, and then it was just a few months of no contact, then I got an email one day inviting me to a photo shoot in Vancouver and congratulating me on winning one of the top 30 Under 30 for BC.”

As for what’s next, he says they plan to expand distribution of their craft-style sodas across BC and possibly into Alberta, and adding new flavours.
