Update: Portion of Highway 16 cleared following vehicle incident

Update (2:00pm):

DriveBC has confirmed the vehicle incident between Barsness Road and Sob Lake Road east of Vanderhoof has been cleared.

Original (1:31pm):

A vehicle incident between Barsness Road and Sob Lake Road has prompted a closure.

DriveBC said the incident is between 16 and 19 kilometres east of Vanderhoof, and an assessment is in progress.

They said the next update is expected at 2:00pm.
