UNBC Timberwolves are gearing up for the 2025 Canada West season with a new addition.
Sophie Postlethwaite from Victoria, BC, has committed to the women’s soccer team for the 2025 season and beyond.
She will graduate from Stelly’s Secondary School in North Saanich in June, ending her tenure with the Stingers, where she brought a well-rounded skillset and positivity.
“The jump to Canada West won’t be easy. The games will be faster paced and more aggressive but I’m excited to challenge myself to see how that affects my play,” said Postlethwaite.
“I know I’ve got a lot to learn, but I’m excited to improve and continue to play soccer at an elite level.”
