PG product Jaxon Larmand signs with Cougars

The Prince George Cougars have signed local product Jaxon Larmand to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement.

In 36 regular season games with the U18 Cariboo Cougars this season, the 16-year-old forward has tallied 28 goals and 29 assists.

“Jaxon has made tremendous strides in his development since we first listed him, and his strong season with the Cariboo Cougars is a testament to his hard work and dedication,” said Cougars Director of Scouting Bob Simmonds.

“He has earned this opportunity, and we’re thrilled to bring a homegrown talent into the Cougars family.”

Larmand and the U18 Cariboo Cougars will host the Okanagan Rockets in the BC Elite Hockey League Championship series at Kin 1 this weekend.
