Three players from Prince George, (that are all products of the P.G. minor hockey association) competed in NHL action on Tuesday.
Winger Brett Bulmer had 5:07 of ice time (no points) in his first game with the Minnesota Wild since the 2013-14 season. The Wild lost 4-3 in Pittsburgh.
Forward Brett Connolly notched an assist but was minus two in 16:57 of ice time for the Boston Bruins in a 5-4 loss to the visiting San Jose Sharks.
Defenceman Brandon Manning had 15:03 of ice time (no points) for the Philadelphia Flyers in a 3-2 shootout loss to the visiting Los Angeles Kings.
