Cougars suffer 4th consecutive road loss

The Calgary Hitmen scored twice in a 69 second span early in the third period to beat the Prince George Cougars 3-1.

Goalie Nick McBride was the top Cat with 35 saves as Calgary outshot P.G. 38-15.

The Cougars led 1-0 after one on a Jansen Harkins goal and the Hitmen tied the game in the 2nd.

It was the 4th straight road loss for the 10-9-1 Cougars, who play Friday in Lethbridge and Saturday in Medicine Hat.

B.C. Division standings: Kelowna 15-5-1 = 31 points Victoria 15-7-0-1 = 31 points P.G. 10-9-1 = 21 points

Kamloops 9-8-2 = 20 points Vancouver 5-12-2-2 = 14 points
