The Powell River Kings trailed 2-0 five minutes into the second period but rallied to crush the Prince George Spruce Kings 7-3 before 1,072 fans at the P.G. Coliseum.
Powell River tied the game 2-2 after two before exploding with five goals in the third.
The Spruce Kings split their two weekend home games as they edged the Salmon Arm Silverbacks 4-3 Saturday.
The next three games for Prince George will be on the road within its Mainland Division.
They play Wednesday in Chilliwack, Thursday in Langley and Friday in Coquitlam.
The next home game will go on Thursday, December 3rd against Coquitlam.
With a record of 7-18-0-2, the Spruce Kings are 8 points behind Coquitlam for the final playoff spot and Coquitlam has two games in hand.
