The Prince George Cougars erased a 2-0 deficit to knock off the Portland Winterhawks 5-3 and complete the sweep of the double header before 2,225 fans at CN Centre.
P.G. took the Tuesday game 3-2.
Kody McDonald snapped a 3-3 tie early in the 3rd and added two assists as the Cougars extended their point streak to six games (5-0-0-1) and their home point streak to nine games (8-0-0-1).
It was their third home double header sweep this season.
A dozen Cougars picked up at least one point.
The Cats trailed 3-2 early in the 2nd when they made a goalie change as Ty Edmonds (15 saves) replaced Nick McBride (8 saves on 11 shots).
The 15-9-1-1 Cougars play Friday in Everett and Sunday in Vancouver before they host Kootenay on Tuesday.
They are six games above .500 for the first time in five years.
In addition, the Cats are six points ahead of their pace last season after 27 games.
Prince George is 3rd in the B.C. Division, five points ahead of 4th place Kamloops and six behind second place Victoria.
