The weekend snowfall in the Prince George area will leave some students scrambling for a ride to school today (Monday).

That’s because First Student Canada, the bus provider for School District 57 cancelled service for the return to class due to the weather.

According to the Edgewood PAC, Questions and Answers PG as well as the Hart and Pinewood Community Facebook pages, an email from the company was shared and posted.

The school board’s transportation department as well as Diane Nygaard were among the recipients of the e-mail that was delivered prior to 5pm on Sunday evening.
