Ozbej Rep is heading south of the border next season.
The standout defenceman for the Prince George Spruce Kings announced his commitment to Stonehill College for next season.
Rep scored six times and add 46 assists, playing every game. He would add two goals and six assists in 18 playoff games.
The accolades piled up for the Slovenian as well.
He was named the BCHL Defenseman of the Year, was a First Team BCHL All-Star, and represented Team Coastal at the BCHL All-Star Game.
He would lead the league in points by a defenseman, assists by a defenseman, and tied for second in assists overall.
His 46 assists tied Brad Fast (1998-1999) for second most in a single season by a defenseman in Spruce Kings franchise history, trailing only current President David Keough (59 in 1999-2000).
