The Prince George Cougars signed 2010-born forward Carson Janko to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement.
Janko was selected by the Cougars eighth overall in the 2024 WHL U.S. Priority Draft.

MLB:
Prince George’s Jared Young and the New York Mets nabbed a 9-7 victory over the Miami Marlins yesterday (Friday).
Young went 0-2 at bat, and finished the game with a run.
The 30-year-old Young is batting .320 this season, going 8-for-25 in 14 games.
