PG RCMP have arrested one person and are searching for two more suspects after a robbery on Ospika Boulevard.
In the early hours of Tuesday, police responded to an alarm at a convenience store.
Upon arrival, they found an employee who had been threatened by two men armed with a knife.
The thieves made off with a small amount of cash and cigarettes, and the employee was unharmed.
Evidence found at the scene led officers to arrest a 28-year-old female who is believed to be involved.
She was released on a promise appear in court at a future date, however, the search for two other suspects continues.
The first is described as a white man who looks the be in his 20’s, with blue/green eyes, a slim build, standing around 5’5.
He was wearing a black balaclava, black gloves, grey hoodie, black t-shirt and black or dark blue pants.
The second suspect is described as a First Nations man under 30 years old, standing around 5’8-5’10 with a slim build.
He had mid neck to shoulder length black hair, and was wearing a red & white track jacket and blue jeans.
Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to call the PG RCMP or Crimestoppers.
