BC Parks to take reservations for Bowron Lakes Provincial Park

Outdoor Enthusiasts heading down to Bowron Lakes Provincial Park can book their spot on Saturday 9am.

Nathalie Dechaine with BC Parks says a handful of dates are in high demand.

“Definitely the long-weekends are the highest in demand so those tend to fill up for sure, we do have a system where the natural environment is preserved and to make sure people have a genuine wilderness experience.”

A separate camp-site is available for the Canoe circuit for groups of 7 or more.

Those are also in high-demand with only one departure per day.

Reservations for Banff and Jasper National Park are on the 13th and 14th of January while spots for Yoho National Park will open on April 20th.
