Eagles edge Spruce Kings

The Surrey Eagles rebounded in a big way beating the Prince George Spruce Kings 4-3 tonight (Sat).

Prince George trailed 2-1 after 20 minutes courtesy of Nick Azur and Gage Mackie.

Parker Colley responded for the home-side in the opening period.

Stephen Penner and Connor Logan would give the Spruce Kings a 3-2 edge before Gage Mackie netted his second of the game to even at 3 before the conclusion of the second period.

Logan Mostat potted the winner for the Eagles at 6:00 of the third period to secure the victory.
