Stats Canada Analyst, Elton Cryderman says while fast food and retail still lead the way in the province, other categories saw a jump in the number of job vacancies. “We did see a lot of opening for office workers in B.C. and over 600 posting were found for auditors and accountants.”
When it comes to the hourly wage, Nunavut led all provinces at $29.35 while BC came in at $17.65.
