With less than five minutes to play Tyler Rockwell netted his 8th of season to tie things up after regulation.
Troy Conzo scored the game-winner 2:02 in overtime to secure the win for the Wild.
Wenatchee outshot Prince George 43-10.
The Spruce Kings play their final road game of the season Sunday against the Coquitlam Express.
