PG Sports Hall of Fame Induction Dinner tickets now available

PG-Sports-Hall-of-FameTickets are now available for the Prince George Sports Hall of Fame Induction Dinner.

With four inductees this year, Director Kathy Mears says there is no shortage of passion within the city.

“We have some extremely talented individuals within our community in all walks of their careers, as far as sports are concerned, as well as what they’ve given back in the coaching, administrating, and the building areas,” she says.

Nino Fabbro (coach / builder), Audrey Foster (builder / administrator), and the late Charlie Ghostkeeper (coach / builder) will all be recognized for their contributions to local baseball. Orville Claffey (pioneer athlete) will be thanked for his work in the hockey community.

Twelve outstanding youth athletes will also be recognized.

You can pick up your tickets at Northern Foods Equipment (250-562-8316) between 9 AM and 5 PM Monday to Friday. Tickets are $45 each.

The dinner will be at the Hart Community Centre on April 30th. Doors open at 5:30 PM.
