The Northland/Nissan Assault are back to .500 in Prince George Senior Lacrosse after a 13-9 victory over the Cowboy Ranch/Regional Security Stylers. Tom Makowsky scored five goals and John Makowsky tallied four times for the 5-5 Assault. The Stylers slip to 4-7.

The Westwood Pub Devils lead the local lacrosse league with a perfect 11-0 record. The Devils, with just one game left in their regular season, are coming off a 16-6 triumph over the BX Pub Bandits.

–PGARA holds its Hit to Pass Extravaganza Saturday with racing at 7pm.

–The Potskin/Ghostkeeper Memorial Fastball Tournament will be held Friday to Sunday at the Carrie Jane Gray Park.
