PG Man faces 3 gun-related charges after shooting Friday

23-year-old Jamie Wade Fatum of Prince George faces three gun-related charges following Friday’s shooting.

Police found a gunshot victim in a parking lot near 17th Avenue and Upland Street around 12:20 AM.

First responders arrived and took the victim to the hospital.

RCMP Major Crime arrested Fatum and three others from two Prince George residences, one in the Blackburn community and one in College Heights.

Fatum faces three charges: one of Attempted Murder with a Firearm, one of Pointing a Firearm, and another of Possession of a Firearm without a Licence.

Major Crime is leading the ongoing investigation. The other three arrested could also face charges.
