Library's walking tours to start up soon

If you’ve ever wondered what’s in downtown Prince George, there is a chance to find out this summer.

The public library is running its Downtown Historic Walking Tours starting on Thursday.

Community Outreach Librarian Julie Creaser says the excursions start at 11:00 am Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Creaser says people will get a chance to see some old buildings and businesses in the city’s core.

She says the outing is free and you are asked to come five to ten minutes before they start.
