Crossfire advance to semis; Stylers eliminated in PG senior lacrosse

The Quesnel Crossfire qualified for the Prince George senior lacrosse playoffs following a 13-6 victory over Northland Nissan Assault in the last game of the regular season.

The Crossfire win eliminated the Cowboy Ranch Stylers from the post-season.

Both the Stylers and Assault tied for the 4th and final spot with a record of 5-10, but Northland advanced because they won two out of the three head to head meetings.

UPDATE: The best of 3 semi-finals began Tuesday with the 2nd place Westwood Pub Devils posting a 16-3 triumph over 3rd place Quesnel.

The other semi featuring the 1st place Bandits against the Assault will begin Wednesday night (July 6) at 8.
