Summer at the Prince George Public Library will start off with a bang.
Communications Coordinator, Amy Dhanjal says it all gets going on Friday.
“We have created our own Mini FanCon at the library and will be a teen drop-in event from 2 to 4 PM, we’re going to have an anime screening, and Game Quest will be hosting a Mario Kart tournament.”
It will be hosted at the Bob Harkins Branch.
Other programs being delivered this summer includes Book a Trip where 7 to 9-year-olds can participate in weekly events exploring the theme of travel.
It will take place every Tuesday at Bob Harkins from 10:15 – 11:15 AM and from the Nechako Branch every Wednesday with the same start time.
Other summer programs include the Double Digits Summer Challenge and Storytime Stars.
