Thomas & Friends stopping at Railway Museum next weekend

If your kids are fans of Thomas & Friends then you’re going to want to head to the Railway & Forestry Museum next weekend.

The Museum is holding its annual Thomas-inspired event with crafts, pictures, movies, stories and more. Even the Museum’s steam engine will be dressed up like the beloved blue steam engine.

Executive Director Ranjit Gill says the event is always a hit.

“When the kids walk in the front door and see Thomas going around the track above their heads, they just get so excited they shout they shriek they laugh they run around following the train,” she says, “it’s very exciting and very fun.”

You can also enjoy a paid pancake breakfast and barbecue while visiting Thomas from 10 – 4 each day. Minirail train rides are $3. The event is regular admission unless you’re a member, for whom the price is half off.
