UPDATE: School bus involved in 3-car accident on Hart Highway, no injuries

Emergency crews are on scene at a collision on the Hart Highway near Jorgenson Road.

RCMP and other emergency crews were called to the scene just after 3 PM, where a school bus, a pick-up truck and a semi-truck were involved in a collision.

Police believe the school bus was stopped and off-loading its last student when the collision happened.

The student and bus driver were not injured. At this point, other injuries are unknown but appear to be non-life-threatening.

There are reports that a detour is set up at Kelly Rd N and Christopher Rd.

This section of Highway 97 may be closed for a while because of heavy debris on the road. Drivers should expect some delays.
