A new report shows it pays to get yourself a higher education.
The BC Colleges study showed College of New Caledonia students and alumni contributed over $201 million to the regional economy last year.

Heidt says the report also shows last years graduates will earn $440,000 more over their working lifetimes than their friends who only have a high school diploma.
