Jon Montgomery will be the keynote speaker at the Northern BC Tourism Summit in Prince George on October 4th.
The 2-day summit takes place at the Prince George Civic Centre starting October 3rd.
Content and Social Media Specialist at Northern BC Tourism Tasha Peterson says Montgomery also has previous ties to the area.
“Jon has spent a lot of time in our region he hosted the Amazing Race Canada in Prince Rupert and Haida Gwaii this summer and our staff worked very hard to make that happen so we’re very happy to here about his experience within our region.”
Montgomery rose to prominence during the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics after winning a gold medal.
The Tourism Summit costs $245 for both days while the luncheon is $50 per person.
