Buying lunch tomorrow helps kids get active

A lunch date tomorrow could do more than fill you up.

$1 from every Triple-O’s combo sold will support KidSport BC, a program helping financially disadvantaged kids enroll in sports.

Local General Manager Brenda White-Grove wants you to stop by, especially if you’re a hockey fan.

“The (Prince George) Cougars are coming down from 12:30 – 1:30. If you want to come out and see your Cougars and support a great cause we’d love to see you there!”

White-Grove adds all the money raised locally will stay in Prince George.

To date, the campaign has raised $191,650 and enrolled nearly 500 BC kids.
