Pedestrian walks away unharmed after being struck by SUV

A 19-year-old man walked away from a motor vehicle incident unscathed after he was smacked by a small SUV Monday night.

The Prince George RCMP says the incident took place at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Ogilvie Street.

The driver stopped and remained on scene while the victim was transported to the hospital, as a precaution.

Charges are pending and the matter is still under investigation.
