The Northern Capitals got back on track against the Fraser Valley Rush on Friday winning 5-0 in BC Female Midget AAA Hockey from Kin 2.
Jordan Shanks, Caily Mellott, Jordan McMillan all potted singles for the Capitals.
Braxtyn Shawara led the team with 2 goals while Olivia Davis pitched a shutout in goal.
Both teams play again Saturday and Sunday.
