It was another productive weekend for Operation Red Nose in Prince George.
Organizer, Andrea Johnson says the totals from nights five and six bring them to 416 for 2016.
“On Friday, we provided 69 safe rides homes and we almost doubled that to 161 on Saturday so overall we’re really happy with that.”
Operation Red Nose is back on the December 16 and 17.
233 people have signed up to volunteer but more are needed for New Year’s Eve with the deadline to apply set for December 19.
Road crews have travelled under 12,000 kilometres this year.
