Missing boaters found safe

Four missing boaters have been located safe and sound.

Prince George RCMP say around 7:30 last night they received a call from the boaters advising them that they had mechanical problems with their boat, and were just getting into cell phone range.

Earlier in the afternoon police had received a report that the boaters had failed to return from a day trip on Parsnip River.

The Prince George Search and Rescue Society had sent twelve volunteers to help with the search.
