Munoz joins council race

A familiar name has entered the race for city council.

Former Councillor Debora Munoz whom had two successful campaigns in 2005 and 2008 is running again, this time looking to close the city’s $22 million infrastructure gap.

“I’d like to see more attention to paid to our light industrial activities and opportunities that come with the airport logistics park,” she says. “Overall, more attention to industry, such as forestry and the liquefied natural gas industry, [which] will be booming.”

During her previous run on council, Munoz helped create an integrated community sustainability plan that is now known as “myPG“.

Prince George heads to the polls November 15th, 2014.
