Big Win For Both The Hospice Society and Dream Home Ticket Holder

One lucky persons ticket was pulled from the over 9,000 sold for the Prince George Hospice House Dream Home Lottery.

Jessica Murray had that ticket and is now the owner of a house valued at $500,000.

Event Coordinator Sanja Knezevic says the money raised will help the society in a big way.

“We were a little worried last year because we had so many tickets left to sell and we were worried about having to shut down beds and this just means we can keep doing what we’re doing.”

The Hospice Society attempted to sell a thousand more tickets bring the total to 9,999, they were 25 shy of reaching their goal.

The money raised will go to help fund support beds at the Rotary Hospice house.
