Blackburn Community Association receiving $120,000 from REMAX Legacy Fund

The Blackburn Community Association is receiving $120,000 from the REMAX Legacy Fund…with the money going towards the design and construction of a new all-wheels park in the community

The group is expecting at least part of the park to be operational by June 2018
