PG Crime Stoppers Thanking Citizens For Their Help In 2017

Prince George Crime Stoppers are celebrating a successful year after releasing their 2017 statistics.

last year the organization received 565 tips related to crime, which led to the arrest of 24 individuals.

They also seized $153,750 worth of drugs, and recovered $103,000 in property.

In 2016 the amount of tips reported were 485 that led to the seizure of $22,090 worth of drugs and property and 16 arrests.

Since the start of the program in 1985 PG crime stoppers has made 1,536 arrests and seized 36,796,400 worth of property and drugs.
