Prince George ticket reveals BC’s first winner of Daily Grand Lottery

A lucky Prince George resident could be carrying a life-changing lottery ticket.

The BC Lottery Corporation (BCLC) says a ticket purchased in the Northern capital contains the winning numbers for the Daily Grand contest to receive $1,000 a day for life.

According to a BCLC spokesperson, this is the first winner of the national lottery branch from our province since its inception in 2016, but the person has yet to come forward.

They add the ticket could’ve been purchased by someone not living in Prince George specifically, and encourage everyone to double check their numbers.
