Environment Canada says heavy snowfall is coming soon, which could bring up to 50 centimetres
“If you can, don’t travel and if you have to travel, please drive to the conditions, carry an emergency kit, and tell people where you are going.”

City crews are expected to be in full force and drivers are to keep back of snow-plows and salt trucks

Environment Canada has issued a special air quality statement for the Prince George area.  They say Prince George, along with a large number of other areas of the province such as the Fraser Canyon and Okanagan, are likely to be impacted by wildfire smoke for the next 24-48 hours.
