Highway 97 south between Prince George and Quesnel, just north of Hixon has been fully re-opened to traffic following an early morning accident.

Highway 97 south was closed briefly this morning just north of Hixon due to a vehicle incident.
According to Drive BC, traffic is now single-lane alternating after the road was shut down in both directions earlier this morning.
