WATCH: Spring is on the horizon in Prince George

WATCH:

Snow melting and sun shining are showing early signs of Spring in Prince George.

Environment Canada is predicting a good week of above-zero temperatures, reaching as high as 11 degrees.

“We’re looking at coastal temperatures, record-wise in Prince George. We’re seeing our daily records around the 14 to 15-degree mark, so it will be hard to beat.”

A ridge of high-pressure is looking to intensify the region, which could follow with ‘true spring’ weather in the future.
