WATCH: Prince George donned jerseys in unity, support for Humboldt

WATCH:

The Humboldt Broncos bus crash is being recognized by hundreds of local residents.

The Prince George Cougars are among several organizations uniting for families of the 16 victims, taking part in Jersey Day and banner signings.

“It might seem like a small gesture, but down the road when people in Humboldt look at this picture, they’re going to know that Prince George represents all of Canada and the hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people that are saddened by this and want to support them.”

UNBC staff, students, & Timberwolves’ athletes wore a variety of sports uniforms in sending best wishes to Humboldt.

YXS Airport, CNC, and SD57 schools also put on their jerseys in support of the Broncos.
