WATCH: Police describe Queensway incident as a ‘targeted attack’

WATCH:

A targeted shooting took place Tuesday morning at a motel near Queensway and 17th Avenue.

PG RCMP believe multiple suspects fled the scene, having called the Dog Service and Helicopter units to help.

“Over the past few years, we’ve had an increased amount of calls to this particular address. There doesn’t appear to be any more threat in the area; we are actively seeking any information the public might have that would help us.”

– RCMP Cpl. Craig Douglass

One man was found with gunshot wounds and is receiving treatment in hospital.

The investigation is on-going.
