Arrest made in Queensway shooting

Prince George RCMP has arrested a 23-year-old Prince George man in connection to the Queensway shooting from Tuesday morning.

The arrest was made Wednesday afternoon, as the man is believed to be involved in the shooting that forced a single victim to hospital. They are expected to survive.

Police are continuing their investigation seeking all persons involved in the crime. RCMP have confirmed the incident was targeted and related to the drug trade. The public is not believed to be at risk.

Anyone with more information is being asked to contact PG RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
