33rd Business Excellence Awards now accepting nominations

Recognizing business excellence in Prince George is now open to the public as nominations for the 2018 Business Excellence Awards hosted by the Prince George Chamber of Commerce officially opens today.

All prospective businesses in the northern capital can apply for several categories including Business of the Year, Innovator of the Year and the Service Excellence Award.

This is a unique opportunity, to say the least, according to Chamber CEO Todd Corrigal.

“I certainly encourage all nominations for businesses in the city including non-members as this presents a tremendous opportunity to recognize the hard work and dedication that all of these businesses put in to build that community in Prince George.”

Last year, the award show saw a dramatic shift in the way it was presented to the business community – a move that has been for the better added Corrigal.

“We moved it from a bit of a dinner-style event to more of a theatre-style award show. Certainly, we’ve seen a shift here in the business community and to better represent that we have a few new award categories that key in on some of those dynamics.”

Business has until May 27th to submit their nomination and you can submit them by clicking here.

Here is a full list of this year’s award categories.
