WATCH:

The biggest cash powerlifting meet in Canadian history took place at X-Conditioning in Prince George.

The two-day event saw 65 lifters from across BC, Alberta, and Manitoba compete for the take-home prize of $2,500.

“Come down! The trainers here are absolutely great so come down and just try it out see what it’s all about. Everybody is really friendly and supportive in this sport, you just have to give it a try, get out of your comfort zone and try.”

– Prince George lifter Jennifer Ferguson

Ferguson set three national records, one for her squat, her deadlift, and then total.
