WATCH: Foodie Fridays thriving in new location

WATCH:

‘Foodie Fridays’ are back in Prince George, and in a new location this summer until August 31st.

The food truck event is in Canada Games Plaza, due to the on-going construction taking place across from City Hall.

“We are also getting more food vendors, which is exciting. The capacity at Canada Games Plaza is bigger and that area has more space than City Hall. There is a potential that we could bring in lots more people.”

– City Events Coordinator Jen Tkachuk

In 2017, more than 5,000 people came out to try a variety of local food trucks.
